Compliance in der ADAC Stiftung
Confidential reporting channels for employees, customers, business partners, suppliers and other third parties help ADAC to ensure that potential misconduct can be properly reported. As a consequence, the potential misconduct can then be comprehensively investigated and clarified, and preventive measures initiated.
For this purpose, ADAC established the standardized, web-based whistleblower portal of Business Keeper GmbH (BKMS® Incident Reporting) – the ADAC whistleblower system that can be easily accessed by both internal and external whistleblowers. The ADAC whistleblower system is a secure reporting channel for violations of law and criminal acts as well as violations of ADAC internal guidelines. This includes, for instance, reports of potential fraud such as corruption and embezzlement, as well as reports of possible human rights and environmental law violations.
The ADAC whistleblower system is available 24/7 and allows reports to be lodged with or without disclosing the identity of the reporting person.
The procedure for handling reports of possible violations of human rights and environmental rights along the supply chain is described in the following document: Rules of procedure
Please note: Complaints about the performance of ADAC’s services will not be handled through the ADAC whistleblower system. Please use the following link for this purpose:
To ensure that the access of the ADAC whistleblower system cannot be traced, we only provide the web address instead of a clickable link. In order not to allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity when submitting a report, ADAC recommends using a private or public device.
